This product can install a steering wheel with a diameter of 35-37 cm. However, It is very difficult to install a steering wheel with a diameter of 38 cm. Need some skill and strength. I have made an installation video of a 38cm diameter steering wheel, which can be viewed on the product page. It is a bit difficult, but it can be installed successfully.
